Return Policy

We pride ourselves in our product quality with strict quality control checks in place. To provide you with additional peace of mind, obo sneaker also offer a comprehensive 30 Day Returns guarantee for each orders. Buy with confidence and enjoy a great shopping experience!

✅Products that can be returned/refunded or exchanged within 30 days of receipt must meet the following conditions:

1. Product quality issues: If the shoes you received have quality defects (such as debonding, damage, etc.), please take clear photos of the product problem
and describe it and send them to us. After verification, we will resend you a new product; 2. Model/size/color error: If the product received does not match the model, size or color selected when placing the order, you will also need to take photos
of the product and order information. After confirmation, we will arrange for re-delivery; !!! The product must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and in its original packaging.
❌Obo sneaker does not accept returns in the following situations: 1. Goods that exceed the 30-day return period after receipt; 2. Products that have been washed, worn, used, or damaged due to personal reasons; 3. Only the outer packaging is damaged, but the quality of the shoes themselves is not affected (express delivery is subject to uncontrollable factors, so returns
and exchanges are not supported in such cases); 4. Wrong size or style due to personal ordering error (please carefully check the size chart and product information before placing an order). ⚠️ Note: All return requests must be made by contacting our customer service via WhatsApp or email to obtain the delivery address. Otherwise, we will not
accept return or exchange requests.
📝 Returns Process and Timelines: Please follow our returns process carefully to minimize delays: 1. If your item is returnable (see above), please contact our Customer Service and provide your order number and reason for return. 2. Our customer service team will respond to your request within 24 hours and provide our return address. 3. Please return the item as requested by customer service and send us proof of return in the form of a tracking number and a valid return receipt. 4. Once we receive the returned item, we will contact you via WhatsApp or email and arrange a replacement or refund within 3 days. ⚠️ NOTE: Please do not send your return to the address on the package. That is not our return address and will affect the processing of your return. We will only
issue a refund if we receive the sneakers back in compliance with the return conditions stated above. We will do our best to ensure you are 100% satisfied.
